Northstar Alumni Network
At Northstar Recovery Center, we know that recovery doesn’t end at discharge. It’s a lifelong job that requires honesty, accountability, and consistent community support. That’s why we’re especially proud of our vibrant and ever-growing alumni network, which provides ongoing connection, inspiration, and support for all current and former clients.
Weekly Alumni Meetings: Connection That Lasts
Our alumni meetings are a cornerstone of the Northstar experience. Held weekly at both of our locations, these gatherings are a space where individuals in recovery can celebrate progress, build community, and stay grounded in the principles that guide a healthy, sober life.
- Southborough: Tuesday nights from 7:30-9:00 PM
- West Springfield: Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 PM
Every meeting includes:
- Sobriety Milestone Celebrations – We honor recovery anniversaries with traditional chips and heartfelt applause.
- Guest Speakers – Hear stories of hope and resilience from those who have walked the path and found joy in long-term recovery.
- Fellowship & Support – Share openly, listen deeply, and connect meaningfully with others who understand.
- Newcomer Welcome – Whether you’re in early recovery or newly discharged, you’ll find people ready to walk beside you, sponsor you, or accompany you to outside meetings.
