Hayley Pepin is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly 18 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. She leads Northstar Recovery Center’s multidisciplinary clinical team in delivering evidence-based, client-centered care. Hayley specializes in trauma-informed treatment, motivational interviewing, and EMDR therapy. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Executive Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. Hayley is also active in community outreach, advocating for mental health awareness and reducing stigma around substance use.
