Sam Lockard

Sam is the co-founder and co-owner of Northstar Recovery Center, a place born from both professional vision and deeply personal experience. Sam and his family have been affected by substance use disorder and he understands firsthand the heartbreak and hope that come with addiction and recovery. Both he and his family are proud and sincerely grateful Northstar has become something meaningful for individuals and families navigating similar struggles. At Northstar, Sam oversees and collaborates on strategic vision, human resources, licensing, accreditation, and day-to-day support, ensuring the center stays grounded in compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Sam’s professional background spans real estate, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship, but nothing has resonated with him as deeply as the mission of recovery. Every decision he makes at Northstar is guided by the belief that healing is possible with the right support, and that every person deserves dignity and a path forward.
