What to Expect in Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness practices are woven throughout the care at Northstar. You’ll practice mindfulness in individual therapy, group sessions, trauma work, and yoga. You don’t need prior experience. You’ll be guided by clinicians trained in evidence-based mindfulness techniques, in a pace and format that fits your comfort level.
